Board of Directors

Professionally, we're nurses, resident doctors, lawyers, marketers. But really, we're just a group of women who love moms and believe they have the most important job in the world. That's why we're here to help them however we can.

When it comes to work, Chalaine is an Assistant Director of Marketing for a Fortune 500 Company. But she considers her dream job the one she gets to do at home. Raising three babies under the age of four with a husband she loves is a (very-much-repeated) prayer come true. She believes that being a mom and wife are the greatest titles she could hold.

At her 20-week ultrasound for her youngest, she was told the baby she was carrying was missing his left hand. Her world turned upside down. More ultrasounds followed and with each, more difficult diagnoses came. Her pregnancy was extremely difficult and exhaustingly depressing. She didn't know if she'd ever be the same. She didn't know what her life after labor would look like. But once she laid eyes on her beautiful baby boy, she knew everything was going to be okay. The fear was gone. Only love was there. She knew she'd be his fiercest advocate and constant support. Since having him, her eyes have been opened to how many other moms out there have faced difficult diagnoses with their babies. Her hope is that The No Fear Foundation can find those moms and be a light in the darkness they're battling. She looks forward with great excitement to making a difference for the moms who need it most.
