Hotel Agreement

Please read the following information carefully before completing this form.


Your stay at this hotel is being funded by the 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, The No Fear Foundation, operated entirely by volunteers. Our organization has no formal affiliation with the hotel or its management. As such, we are unable to assist with any issues that may arise during your stay. Should you have any concerns, questions or require assistance, you must contact the hotel staff directly.


Please also note that you are solely responsible for any incidental charges incurred during your stay, including but not limited to food, entertainment, room service or other hotel amenities.


Failure to comply with the rules and expectations set forth by our organization may result in the immediate termination of your stay and removal from the premises. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

HOTEL PROPERTY

You are fully responsible for any damage to the hotel room or property during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to furniture, fixtures or appliances. You will also be responsible for any removal or theft of hotel items such as towels, robes, pillows, bedding or other amenities. Any costs associated with repairing damage or replacing missing items will be charged directly to you, the guest, and are not the responsibility of our sponsoring nonprofit organization, The No Fear Foundation.

GUESTS

You are permitted to have up to two additional individuals in your hotel room during your stay. All guests must comply with hotel policies and the guidelines set forth by our organization. You are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of your guests. Any violation of hotel rules or our organizational policies by your guests may result in the immediate termination of your stay.

RESERVATION DETAILS

The No Fear Foundation is only covering the cost of the hotel stay for the specific dates that have been booked on your behalf. You are not permitted to extend your stay beyond those dates. If you choose to remain at the hotel beyond the approved dates, you are solely responsible for any additional nights or charges incurred and you must make those arrangements and payments directly with the hotel. The organization will not cover or reimburse any costs beyond the originally scheduled stay.
